With our feet coming out of hiding...It is very important to have a Spring Cleaning Pedicure!
Then continue the maintenance at least once a month....This will allow for dry skin, calluses, and rough cuticles to be kept soft, smooth and healthy feet in general.
To avoid foot odour...
Women are almost four times as likely as men to suffer foot problems, most likely through lack of care and ill-fitting shoes. Consistent, thorough hygiene is essential in preventing foot odor.
Wash your feet using a natural antibacterial soap such as tea tree.
Rinse your feet in cold water and dry thoroughly, especially between the toes.
Finally, sprinkle with a powder containing lavender, lemon and/or tea tree oil.
Night Time Love
Before falling asleep, massage a foot oil or cream into your feet and then put on cotton socks. The layer of cotton will provide a breathable layer of fabric to allow your feet to absorb your moisturizer but still feel comfortable.

Carry in your purse a hand sanitizer, wash your hands under warm water for 15 seconds and carry a moisturizer made for hands. These creams are thicker and dry down to a matte finish to give us that non-greasy feeling.

Classic clean pinks, refreshing citrus colours, or choose from the dark, bold colours that have hit the runways and celebrities in a huge way this Spring. Choose a classic colour one week and then a daring or totally different colour the next....Go with your Spring mood!
Tip
Always a fabulous tip, apply a protein polish every night before bed, or in the car just before you leave the house on the way to the office or to drop the kids off at school! It dries fast...I promise!

Hydrate
Drink loads of water, 3L/day. After 2 weeks your body will in fact crave this amount of water and maybe more! Find the right size bottle that you like to carry with you, I prefer a 1L bottle that is small enough to carry in my handbag and I know to refill twice and then I am done- there are many days I am refilling and drinking 4 litres-Another great tip to get the water down, drink water instead of soda/lemonade/iced tea at meals.

No time in the morning to get ready? Only have a few minutes to touch up before your big date? Always touch up blush and lips. By giving color to your cheeks you bring a healthy flush to the face that brightens and freshens, no matter how tired you are! Moist, soft lips - are pretty, feminine and ultimately kissable!

Think of brows as the frame to the picture of your face. Whether or not you wear makeup-all of your beautiful features will look even more beautiful with well groomed brows. See a professional to shape your brows and then in between your bi-monthly visits keep a set of tweezers in your makeup bag for cleaning.

When you smile, your body chemically reacts- your body releases endorphins- the happy hormones. So when you are feeling down-smile. When you are feeling happy smile at that person who looks down or a stranger- smile- smiles are contagious...the more endorphins in this world the better!
